In the last few years, I focused on supporting US and Polish companies in their journey from 30 to 3000, which allowed me to test tailoring the scaling and digital transformation methodologies I learned at McKinsey at players at scale-up phase.

As COO, I manage MasterBorn, an American-Polish scale-up, where I:

  • Pivoted specialisation from start-ups to scale-ups

  • Transformed MasterBorn it into an AI-native company, focusing on Fintech, Health and Consulting.
